PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
EDGEL™ 46 ST is a Sodium ATBS-base polymer typically proposed to thicken aqueous solutions for

Household, Institutional & Industrial applications, even at low pH.

 

CHARACTERISTICS
EDGEL™ 46 ST is ready-to-use dispersions: no premix and no neutralization step needed. Usual

viscosity is obtained at 2% dosage in pH range of 2-9,
minimum dosage >3% is recommended with high electrolytes concentration.
EDGEL™ 46 ST generates a pseudoplastic profile.

The gel structure is easily broken-down under shear, and then comes back to its initial value.
EDGEL™ 46 ST is efficient for emulsion
stabilization and stable suspension of solid particles.

APPLICATIONS
EDGEL™ 46 ST can be used in lime scale remover, bathroom cleaners, acidic toilet bowl
cleaners, but also in laundry detergents, liquid dishwashing products, sanitizers cleaners, glass and
surface cleaners, auto-care products and polishes.

 

STORAGE & PACKAGING
EDGEL™ 46 ST should be stored at a temperature
between 5°C and 35°C in original packaging.
Products are available Pail (25Kg), Drum (130Kg)
and IBC (1,050 Kg).
